This will be the location for the Daughters of Naomi Embraced Women's Maternity Home. The house was previously a dorm for women in the christian college nearby. We are excited to be purchasing this property to return it to a place filled with women loving God & their families. They may not begin that way . . . this will be a safe haven for those that want to turn their life around. As a ministry devoted to bring pregnant women seeking a better life for themselves and their babies, we are praying that God provide the financing to begin work at the home soon!

Our parent ministry, Visions Of Praise Ministries Inc. has been serving the local community in outreach for over eight years. We began serving churches in the surrounding area by providing evangelistic community concerts and spreading the good news of the gospel in 2002. My husband, Pastor Al Sabin III started in ministry with the local Gideon's International serving as an officer for the west side of South Bend even before we were married. Being ordained under World Harvest Minister's Network had moved us on to pursue our calling.

As a young girl, I had been prophesied over by my pastor in Florida where I grew up that I would have a ministry to women. Little did I know so many years later, God would do this! My heart has been for women with addictions, in bondage and broken. After all the word of God says in Luke 4
18 “The Spirit of the Lord is on me,
because he has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners
and recovery of sight for the blind,
to set the oppressed free,

19 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”
This is exactly what I believe will happen for the Daughters of Naomi Embraced . . . they may not be literal prisoners, but anything that holds someone captive can be like a prison. Their natural eyes may be able to see, but their spiritual eyes need opened & oppression speak for itself. No more. I believe 2016 is the year for the favor of God to deliver, save & restore!!!
As my partner, McKinsey Palmer shared her testimony at the Thanksgiving Dinner for the needy we held at our church this past November, she defeated the fears and shame of her past. Jesus had already forgiven her, but she had yet to speak about it in public. This was the beginning of the amazing story of the redemption of a lost, young pregnant woman, alone & faced with no where to go. Now married with a second child, her and her husband live in Warsaw, Indiana. Her experience of living in a women's maternity home and overcoming odds give the ministry an edge. She is able to help single mothers because she's been there.
God knows what He is doing. He brought us together and with her organizational skills and experience with raising children, as well as my administrative and non-profit foundation we put together an amazing program. I want to give credit where it's due, we have some great advisors, Andy & Mary Collins and Lori King, Guidance Ministries.

Daughters Of Naomi Embraced (D.O.N.E.) Women's Ministry Home

Local shelters serve hundreds a day in our city including women & children. Our goal is to see women and their children be able to start a new life without compromising and living a productive healthy life. Treating the cause of this epidemic can be handled in different way depending on the circumstances.Homelessness is, in fact, caused by tragic life occurences like the loss of loved ones, job loss, domestic violence, divorce and family disputes. Other impairments such as depression, untreated mental illness, post traumatic stress disorder, and physical disabilities are also responsible for a large portion of the homeless. Many factors push people into living on the street. Acknowledging these can help facilitate the end of homelessness in America.
For those living in poverty or close to the poverty line, an "everyday" life issue that may be that may be manageable for individuals with a higher income can be the final factor in placing them on the street. A broken down vehicle, a lack of vehicle insurance, or even unpaid tickets might be just enough to render someone homeless. Divorce costs and the associated lowering of a family's total income can cause one or more family members to become homeless. For families that can hardly pay their bills, a serious illness or disabling accident may deplete their funds and push them out onto the street. Most young women find themselves pregnant & alone . . . where do they go? Some have a child already, no one wants them . . . or those that will take them in only use, abuse & leave them worse off than they started. Others just got involved with the wrong people, got in trouble and need directions. We are here for them.
